Refund policy

Returns

Take home projects that are in the same condition upon purchase may be returned to the studio within 30 days of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) products produced by a participant in a workshop experience may not be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds/Cancellations
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded such as a last minute cancellation or when a workshop requires personalization. Personalization is noted on your workshop registration and will include names, places or specifically requested words/phrases/sayings.  Once these items have started production they will incur a 30% reproduction fee.
