Join us Saturday August 15, 2026 from 6-8pm for our first Singles, Make & Mingle at Hammer & Stain Lynchburg. This workshop experience is designed for you to find a friend or even a soulmate who shares the same crafting interests as you do!

Project options include the following choices:

Paint/Decoupage Wood Coasters (4 in a set with a metal holder)
Create & Design a Sea Glass Plant or Sea Glass Tray
Paint & Design a Bottle Opener
Create & Design a Bottle Lamp (includes rechargeable LED lamp stopper)

All materials and supplies will be available for you to make something uniquely yours while mingling with other like-minded crafters and artisans. We will have interactive activities throughout the experience to encourage mingling.

Each person in attendance must be registered for their own project.

Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. This experience is planned for 90 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain Lynchburg reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop to include both public and private experiences. Guests without registration will be asked to leave in order for us to comply to fire code and to create a good experience for all participants. Observation seat registrations may be requested for guests that do not want to participate but would like to attend the workshop. Observation seat registration must be pre-approved and paid in advance.

Wood

Please note that our wood products may have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no product is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, it will be beautifully crafted by you!
