Join us to Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 2-4pm to enjoy a halloween vibe experience creating your very own broom or pumpkin vase centerpiece! Whether your fall style is warm and cottage-inspired, moody and mystical, wonderfully spooky, or somewhere in between, you’ll have the freedom to create something that feels completely your own.
Each broom is about 36 inches/3-foot tall. Select your design theme by browsing our accessory bar to add materials to layer, wrap, tie and embellish your broom. Brooms are a beautiful alternative to a traditional wreath and is perfect for a front door, porch, entryway or cozy corner of your home.
For the pumpkin vase centerpiece you will first paint the vase. Once the vase is painted and dried you will curate your bouquet by selecting from our beautiful assortment of wood flowers, dried/faux flowers/greenery, and decorative accents to design a piece that perfectly matches your home decor style.
No experience is necessary. We will guide you step-by-step through the design process to build your custom broom decor or paint and curate your pumpkin vase centerpiece.
Each person in attendance must be registered for their own project.
Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. This experience is planned for 90 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.
Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
Hammer & Stain Lynchburg reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop to include both public and private experiences. Guests without registration will be asked to leave in order for us to comply to fire code and to create a good experience for all participants. Observation seat registrations may be requested for guests that do not want to participate but would like to attend the workshop. Observation seat registration must be pre-approved and paid in advance.

Please note that our wood products may have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no product is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, it will be beautifully crafted by you!
