Private "Hosted" Workshop

In order to secure a date for a private workshop experience a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel or reschedule your hosted workshop your deposit will be forfeited.

As a host for the private workshop a total of 15 guests (including yourself) need to be registered to attend. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours after the workshop experience. If you do not get at least 15 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your event will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access to our studio for 2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. Every guest that plans to attend needs to be registered by the deadline! A registration is required to enter the studio. 

Once your deposit has been paid, we will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and any applicable design options from the drop down menu.
  2. Fill out any additional details in case personal information is needed to complete your product.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain Lynchburg reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop to include both public and private experiences. Guests without registration will be asked to leave in order for us to comply to fire code and to create a good experience for all participants. Observation seat registrations may be requested for guests that do not want to participate but would like to attend the workshop. Observation seat registration must be pre-approved and paid in advance.

Wood

Please note that our wood products may have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no product is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, it will be beautifully crafted by you!
