Private "Celebration" Workshop Kid's Party

In order to secure a date for a private celebration experience a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. If you cancel or reschedule your celebration workshop your deposit will be forfeited.

All our Private Celebration Workshops for Kid’s Birthdays include:

  • 10 projects for 10 Kids ($25 per extra guest)
  • 2 hours of private studio access - the first hour includes the instructor-led project craft (extra hours may be added depending on the studio schedule)
  • Use of our lounge for birthday celebrations to enjoy food and cake after the project craft is completed
  • Use of our kitchen area for setting up food and drinks
  • Use of our activity room to enjoy games and interactive activities
Things to know:
  • All participants must sign a liability waiver to participate in the project craft and to use the activity room
  • Groups are limited to 34 total guests and require at least 1-3 adult chaperones based on age and size of the group.
  • Set-up Time/Decor: All private celebration experiences include a 20 minute set-up time for food, drinks, and decor. We have dedicated tables in the lounge area and a serving counter for food and drinks. All decorations must be taken down before the host leaves.

To confirm and book the date there is a $100 non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be due the day before the event.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and any applicable design options from the drop down menu.
  2. Fill out any additional details in case personal information is needed to complete your product.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain Lynchburg reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any workshop to include both public and private experiences. Guests without registration will be asked to leave in order for us to comply to fire code and to create a good experience for all participants. Observation seat registrations may be requested for guests that do not want to participate but would like to attend the workshop. Observation seat registration must be pre-approved and paid in advance.

Wood

Please note that our wood products may have random cracks, chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no product is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, it will be beautifully crafted by you!
